Brad Hauge, OD
Dr. Hauge is a graduate of the University of South Dakota and the Illinois College of Optometry. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, an organization dedicated to research and education in Optometry, and a past president of both the South Dakota Optometric Society and the South Dakota Board of Examiners for Optometry. Areas of interest include contact lenses and ocular pathology. Dr. Hauge and his wife, Mary Kay, are both natives of Lemmon, South Dakota, and have lived in Spearfish since graduating from school. |

Scott Kennedy, OD
Dr. Kennedy is also a graduate of the University of South Dakota and the Illinois College of Optometry. He and his wife, Dawn, live in Spearfish. They hail from Pierre, SD, and Billings, MT, respectively. Scott and Dawn are the proud parents of their daughter Alison. Dr. Kennedy's areas of interest include pediatric optometry & contact lenses. In his spare time he enjoys golfing and reading [and watching college basketball-Go Blue Devils!!]. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the South Dakota Optometric Society. He is also a Past-President of the Spearfish Chapter of Optimists International. Scott was Young Optometrist of the Year in South Dakota for 2010. He is also the President for the South Dakota Optometric Society. |

Amy Barker, Optician & Vision Source Representative
Amy has worked in our office for fifteen years! She can perform nearly any task in the office and has a great sense of eyewear fashion. She will help you choose the perfect frame for your new glasses. Her extensive experience also allows her to perform eyeglass repairs.
Amy resides in Whitewood and is a graduate of Black Hills State University. She is married to Travis and has two daughters, Liz and Abbie. She has enjoyed getting to know all the patients over the years and looks forward to seeing them year after year. |

Melonie Sperling, Insurance and Coding Specialist
Melonie has worked at Lifetime Eyecare since April 2010. She is married to Terry and they have a son, Nathan (5), and a new puppy, Roxy. They both grew up around Sioux Falls and moved out to the hills in 1999. Mel loves to run, scrapbook, and hang out with friends and family.
She also has a ‘not-so-secret’ obsession with Jon Bon Jovi! |

Karen Neisen, Technician
Karen has lived in Spearfish community for the past 11 years. She graduated from Black Hills State University. Karen lives in town with her husband, Matt, and their two dogs. She enjoys running, swimming, fishing, cooking, reading, and shopping.
Karen has been working at Lifetime Eyecare since April 2012. Even though she has not been at Lifetime Eyecare for very long, she has 2 ½ years experience in the eye care profession. Karen strives to provide a comfortable, professional environment to all patients. |

Kristine Coffield, Technician
Kristine has been with Lifetime Eyecare since October 2012. Kristine has lived in Spearfish for 16 years and graduated from Spearfish High School in 2000. She and her husband of 11 years, Kasey, and their 3 children, Lilly (9), Evan (5) and Nathan (1) enjoy camping fishing and spending time with friends.

Kelli Davis, Customer Service Specialist
Kelli started with the team at Lifetime Eyecare in October of 2012. Kelli grew up in Broadus Montana and moved to the Black Hills in 1995. After owning her own hair salon in Spearfish for years, she worked in the banking field and now comes to us. Kelli volunteers with NH CASA as an advocate, served as a chamber ambassador, and is involved doing auctions for many charities as the "Vanna" in our community. Kelli loves camping, golfing and being outdoors with her husband, Calvin, who works for Peabody Energy in a mine in Wyoming. Her children, Brandin (19) and Kayla (20), both attend Kansas State College. She also has two very spoiled English Bulldogs, April and Newman. You will often find Kelli working in her yard, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, or giving someone a hard time as she loves a good joke.
You will meet Kelli at the Front Desk where she greets and checks you in, answers the phone, updates patient records, accepts payments and helps where help is needed. |
